1. Ticket Purchase Policy
- Tickets purchased through the Tic8M8 platform are non-refundable except under specific cases outlined in the Refunds Policy.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, except as mentioned in the Refunds Policy.
- Transfer or resale of tickets is prohibited unless authorized by Tic8M8. Resale to immediate family or friends is allowed under specific conditions.
- Tic8M8 advises against purchasing tickets from third-party platforms as they may be invalid or subject to cancellation.
- Customers may need to present proof of original ticket purchase at the event, such as an ID or the original credit/debit card used.
- Protect tickets against loss or theft. Tic8M8 is not responsible for replacement or refund of lost/stolen tickets, whether physical or electronic.
- Fraudulent ticket purchases made using stolen or unauthorized cards will be canceled without refund.
2. Ticket Resale
- Resale is only allowed if the customer has a valid Tic8M8 account and seeks approval from the company.
- Tickets cannot be resold for a price higher than the original without company approval.
- Administrative fees and taxes will be applied to the resale proceeds and deducted accordingly.
- Proceeds from resales will be transferred to the customer’s registered bank account, subject to the withdrawal policy.
3. Event Attendance Policy
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check and comply with entry restrictions (age, dress code, etc.) before purchasing tickets.
- No refunds will be issued for failure to meet entry conditions or for unruly behavior that results in ejection from the event.
- Venue rules may include a no re-entry policy and restrictions on items such as food, beverages, and cameras. Customers must comply with these rules.
- Customers must ensure they attend the event at the correct time and date as specified.
- No refunds for customers who are late, miss entry, or violate venue policies.
- Entry refusal or ejection due to prohibited items will not qualify for a refund, nor will loss of items or injuries at the event be the responsibility of Tic8M8.
4. Ticket Delivery and Collection Policy
- Tickets are delivered via email as PDFs. Ensure the email provided is correct and check the inbox after purchase.
- In some cases, tickets may be sent as SMS links for an additional fee.
- Printed tickets may be required for certain events, and customers must present a valid ID for collection.
5. Refunds Policy
- Refunds are only issued in the event of event cancellation, main artist cancellation, or significant changes to the event schedule or location.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, with a retention of up to 8% for service fees.
- Minor changes or dissatisfaction with event quality do not qualify for refunds.
- No refunds will be given for abandonment of an event due to weather or force majeure circumstances beyond the promoter’s control.
6. Liability
Tic8M8 is not liable for damages or physical injuries incurred at events. Customers attend at their own risk.
7. Privacy Policy
- Customer data is collected, stored, and used as per Tic8M8’s privacy practices. Data may be shared for regulatory compliance, service facilitation, or event management.
- Personal data is protected with industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption.
- Customers can manage or request deletion of their personal data by contacting Tic8M8.
